Demounted systems consists of sandwich panels and as its name, in closed box type, the entry of painted material and curing of paint with temperature is made with a casting wheel car from one side of the furnace with single or double leaf door.
Technical Specifications
• Heating system can be provided with LPG/LNG, ELEKTRICITY, DIESEL, and FUEL OIL.
• Disassembled furnace body consisting of 500 mm panels can be mounted on site.
• Heating System has thermo block in models with burner and combustion chamber is made of stainless steel of 310 quality.
• Diesel and fuel oil can be used in the system.
• Temperature control system is made with Digital Thermostat.
• There is a time relay providing paint baking graphic.
• Warning indicating cooked material is made with buzzer.
• Box furnace with car loading feature on ground can be easily used on
normal floor.
• Insulation thickness of the panels is 160 mm.
• Furnace doors have special hinges and heat resistance seal is used.
• Furnace inside is galvanized and the outside is coated with electrostatic
powder paint.
• Hot air canal that can be set on the bottom makes circulation by absorb-
ing the temperature from back top base.
• Our standard colour is RAL 7038 for panels and RAL 7039 for poles and
connection elements.
