The baking process in furnaces with conveyor is consisting of hanging of the work piece to be baked to the conveyor. In such furnaces, the work piece is baked and dried according to thickness and m2 area of the piece while the piece goes at a certain speed after hanging of the work piece to the conveyor. With this feature, its montage can be made easy, and it can be carried to another areas. It is preferred by enterprise with high capacity in industry.
Technical Specifications
U Type Baking and Draying Furnaces are manufactured in sandwich panel shape and disassembled, by drying on chassis. Baking furnace panels are isolated with standard 150 mm isolation material. The interior part of the fur- nace panels is isolated with 500mm rock wool and the outer part is isolated with 120 mm fiberglass. Due to this isolation property, heat loss in baking furnace is reduced to minimum level. In these type furnaces, there are two sliding doors at the entrance and exit. These doors can be adjusted manually according to piece size, thus a saving is made by preventing of heat loss. When baking furnace reaches the desired degree, it gives a signal automatically and it can be adjusted up to 0-250 C by means of the digital timer located on heat control panel.
