By the help of drive unit, it works on the basis of NPI profile moving on the rail by carrying the suspended loads.
WEBB type conveyor chains are made of siphero casting and forged steel material and are subjected to heat treatment.
Special bearings on the trolleys can works in 200 C.
Lubrication is made by means of grease nipples on trolley bodies.
The desired speed setting on the conveyor line can be performed easily with frequency control.
Chain tensioner system is made with slide or spring.
Technical Specifications
• It is composed of three parts made of high carbon steel with hot forging method including side link, middle link and pin. Because chain links are connected each other rivetless, it is easy to assemble and disassemble.
• Trolleys are composed of two symmetric bodies on which bearings are mounted. Carrier fish plates are connected between these bodies. Bear- ings re special type and can operate in 200 ° C temperature. Bodies have been made of high carbon steel with hot forging method. Trolley bearing are lubricated by means of grease nipples on the bodies.
• The trolleys mounted on chains which are moved by drive unit works on the basis of NPI profile moving on the rail by carrying the suspended loads. Conveyor rail is carried by steel supports with leg fixed on the floor. Because of chain structure, it is also convenient to horizontal movements on x and y axis as well as the vertical movement on the z axis.
• In addition to its robustness, they are conveyor systems that are preferred because of its simple structure and less requirement of maintenance. Chain breaking strength is 11.000 kg and each hanger parts have 10 kg material carrying capacity. Drive power is provided by low AC motor reducer type station. Conveyor speed is controlled by speed control device.
